FREE Ebook: The Hound of Duville and Other Stories

Are you all caught up on Beaumont and Beasley?

What do you mean, you're not?! This is a disaster. Such a great disaster that it caused me to commit the unpardonable sin of using an interrobang. I hope you're happy.

Calm down. Everything will be fine. Fortunately for you, the latest book in the Beaumont and Beasley series just got an upgrade, in advance of four new books in the series. You can read more about the latest news here. In short, I've added three short stories to Beaumont and Beasley Book 4 to turn it into a proper anthology. And, to make it up to all the people who purchased the original, shorter version, I'm making the ebook edition available for FREE for a limited time.

Presenting five tales of magic, monsters, and mystery from the world of Beaumont and Beasley.

A dragon and a thief search for the stolen brain of a dead god.

A most unusual nanny guards a little boy from the monsters in the attic.

A beastly butler helps to extricate a wealthy playboy from a highly unsuitable marriage.

Mysterious attacks plague a mental hospital for magical creatures.

A canine curse spreads across the city of Talesend.

In every arcane crisis, Beaumont and Beasley are ready to investigate, dismantling dangerous magic and protecting the innocent…

…but no one is safe from Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

You can download this ebook for free through June 16.

But wait, there's more! (I've always wanted to say that. My life's ambition of authentically imitating a 90's TV commercial is now fulfilled.) The paperback edition of The Hound of Duville and Other Stories is on sale, down to $8.50 from its full price of $12.99. This deal will last through June 16. (Note that the cover of the paperback edition is in the “classic” style which I still use for physical books, rather than the ebook cover you see pictured above.)

My nonfiction/humor book Not Write Now is also available to download for free through June 16. Don't miss out on the ultimate guide to failing at writing…which might actually help you to finally get your book finished.

In other news, I've also published a paperback edition of the bundle of Beaumont and Beasley Books 1-3. Due to the cost of printing this book, I can't really discount it by any significant degree, but it's available to purchase now for $19.99.

Finally, a note to those who have already read and reviewed Beaumont and Beasley in its original form, The Return of Beaumont and Beasley. While I was not able to preserve your reviews for the Amazon edition of the book, your reviews on Goodreads are all still intact. So if you want to update them with your thoughts on the additional stories and cross-post them to Amazon, I would be extremely grateful.

Stay tuned for the release of Deadwood (Crockett and Crane Book 2) later this month, as well as more news on The Geppetto Codex (Beaumont and Beasley Book 5). Until then, happy reading!
