A word of explanation! Because this may get a little complicated…

I made this page by popular demand from many readers who wanted a more precise timeline and reading order of Afterverse stories. The tricky part is, the timeline and the reading order are very often two different things…especially since time travel and alternate realities play a role in a number of my stories.

That said, I’m going to try to keep this as informative, accessible, and spoiler-free as possible. The purpose of this page is to help the people who want nerdy details about which story comes before which as well as the people who just want to know where the heck they should start when diving into the works of the madman Kyle Robert Shultz. Note that this list does not account for any flashbacks or other timey-wimey shenanigans, as that would get into spoiler territory and make things ridiculously convoluted.

Here’s how this page works. It lists all the stories I have written thus far (and a few that are yet to be published) in chronological order. I've divided them into “sagas” based on the characters they focus on. Titles are categorized according to the following key:

Titles in non-bolded text are non-essential stories that don’t contribute any important information to ongoing story arcs. (Not that I'm encouraging you to skip them; I’m just trying to streamline things for you. They’re still good. Or so I’m told.)

Titles in bold are important to the main story arcs that extend through my various series.

Titles with asterisks (*) next to them are jumping-on points which you can use to get into the Afterverse even if you’re not familiar with the rest of my books.

Titles with “P” next to them are only available on my Patreon at the moment. This will change in the not-too-distant future. None of the Patreon stories are essential to continuity.

Titles in italics have not yet been released.

You can click on the titles to go instantly to wherever the story in question is available.

Here we go…
